Our mission can only be realized with the continued support of community organizations and businesses.
To activate generations of students and communities all around the world in discovering how to best utilize their most abundant resource-- their imagination, thereby cultivating a love for life-long learning through participation in our competitive, traveling educational platforms, enrichment camps, curriculum and educational products.
To enrich, grow, and strengthen the offerings of education in the areas of science, technology, engineering, arts, and math in an informal, fun, community atmosphere which activates greater depth of learning for participants.
Why Should You Support Let’s Grow (STEAM)x?
1. To close the skills gap
Students are leaving school with a lower level of critical thinking skills. By exposing these students early, we have an opportunity to challenge these students to be creative thinkers from the start. Local businesses can pinpoint what education in action looks like.
2. Maximize your exposure
More than 2,500 students and educators from 50+ elementary, middle, and high schools along with homeschoolers and private schools, attended the 2016 Expo, as did many of your potential business partners, clients, and competitors. As a sponsor, you create tremendous community goodwill and increase visibility.
3. Provide long-term support for our students
Sponsorship pays dividends for students throughout the year. A portion of your sponsorship goes toward providing in-depth learning opportunities for students through our hosted community events.

ROBBIE D. FOSTER-BRANSCOMB, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, LGSX
Mrs. Branscomb a Alumni of Troy University and a Events and Program Manager who was assigned the task of developing the educational component for the local community fair in 2010. Starting with a few local schools, who each agreed to display one school exhibit; LGSX has grown to over 900 students submitting projects to compete in the 2016 Let’s Grow (STEAM)x educational challenge.
In 2015, Mrs. Branscomb was advised the local community fair would no longer host the competitive educational platform. Recognizing a need for informal STEAM activities for students in her community, she decided to utilize her gift of event management, knack for creating partnerships and love for children, to create a meaningful opportunity which allowed her to use her gifts to assist in fostering a LOVE for life-long learning in youth.
Mrs. Branscomb is passionate about creating leveled playing fields for ALL children to become activated, thrive and succeed in their educational pursuit; LGSx is her passion realized.
Mrs. Branscomb partnered with two long time friends, Mrs. Leshan Ferguson, an educator and Mrs. Tasheé Singleton, an accountant and formalized Let’s Grow (STEAM)x
LESHAN A. FERGUSON, ED.S., CHIEF EDUCATION OFFICER, CEdO; LGSX
Mrs. Ferguson joined the Let’s Grow (STEAM)x initiative in the fall of 2015. She instantly identified with the company’s aim to grow the next generation of inventors, problem-solvers, and creative thinkers. Her calling is education and her passion has always been for the arts and sciences. It is natural for her to help students develop their 21st century skills through creative problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, conducting scientific experiments, working collaboratively with their peers, and applying their knowledge to solving real-world challenges. In an attempt to provide extra support in STEAM for her own daughter, she seized an opportunity to create, develop, and lead a summer STEM boot camp for elementary students at her local middle school. For the past two summers many children, and those for generations to come, have engaged in and benefited from quality STEM activities. Leshan capitalizes on the chance to positively impact every student she encounters. She is zealous about mentoring young at-risk girls and encouraging all children to tap into their creativity and imagination, and explore the infinite possibilities of their potential.
